Cancellation Policy (Política de Cancelación) A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. Certain services will require a deposit of half the service cost. This card will be charged according to the following policy. (Se tomará una tarjeta de crédito en el momento de la reserva. If an appointment is cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If an appointment is missed due to a no show, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If card on file is denied or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.
